Win a Bundle Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 14th July 2025

1. Parties & Scope

These Terms govern your participation in the Win a Bundle Ltd affiliate programme (“Program”) and your relationship with Win a Bundle Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be aged 18 or older.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

You must provide accurate contact details and banking/payment information.

3. Referral & Attribution

You must use your unique affiliate link or discount code to refer customers.

A “referred customer” is one who registers and makes a purchase via your link or code.

Only the first valid affiliate to refer a customer within the 30‑day cookie window will receive lifetime commission credit.

4. Commission Structure

You earn a commission on all future purchases made by referred customers for the lifetime of that customer account, not just the first sale.

Commission rates are specified in your affiliate account dashboard.
Commissions do not apply to refunded or fraudulent transactions, or to self‑referrals.

5. Tracking & Cookies

Referral tracking uses cookies lasting 30 days.

If the first valid referral occurs within that window, you receive lifetime credit.

No commissions for later referrals by others once a customer is linked.

6. Payments & Thresholds

Payouts occur monthly, typically within the first week following the month-end.

A minimum payout threshold of £25 applies.

Commissions are subject to a 30‑day holding period to accommodate refunds or chargebacks.

Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer, at your choice.

7. Self‑Referral & Fraud Policy

Self‑referrals (including family or business associates) are prohibited—no commissions allowed.

Affiliates found engaging in fraud, spamming, or misleading promotion may be suspended or terminated, with commissions forfeited.

8. Use of Materials & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may use banners, logos, copy, and other materials we provide.

You may not alter branding assets or promote in misleading ways.

Paid search ads targeting our name or trademarks are prohibited without prior permission.

9. Protective Safeguard Clause

We intend to honour lifetime commissions for all referred customers.

However, if over time lifetime commissions become financially unsustainable, we reserve the right to amend, cap, or discontinue them.

Affected affiliates will receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice, and we will offer an alternative or transitional commission structure.

10. Termination

You may cancel your participation at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time (including for breach of these Terms).

Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on new or existing referrals.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under these Terms is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at our discretion. Continued participation after a change signifies acceptance. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
